Stars Maritime Academy

Over the years, Stars Maritime Academy has been working with IGA TECH COY LTD for a workshop training and practice of her cadets in Engineering. This to a large extent has provided an opportunity for our students to have first hand exposure on Marine and industrial spare parts, ship building and general repairs as well as aluminum welding.

 

IGA Technological Coy Ltd is an indigenous shipbuilding and repairs company, primarily established to execute the following functions;

1.     Reproduction of Marine and Industrial spare – parts

2.     Recondition of value Spindle with Satellite

3.     Ship Building and General repairs

4.     Metalwork 

5.     Value seat

6.     Crank shaft regrinding

7.     Instrumental Grinding of Crankshaft   Boring of block engine and sleeves

8.     Surfacing of cylinder lead

9.     Aluminum Welding
